Manager Commercial Projects
Dave has had extensive experience with commercial building projects. In his role of Manager, Commercial projects, he brings his 6 year history in insurance repairs/maintenance, 8 years in civil building for new homes in remote communities, and 6 years in commercial maintenance/fit-outs in pubs/gaming rooms. This diverse experience demonstrates his versatile skill set and adaptability.
Insurance repairs provide a wealth of varied opportunities to find creative solutions. This work developed Dave’s eye for detail and honed his problem-solving skills. His hands-on experience in identifying and rectifying a wide range of issues is the perfect skill set for the wide range of projects he is now able to manage.
With his 8 years of civil building in remote communities, Dave used his skills in resourcefulness, creative problem solving and working in diverse and remote environments.
His most recent experience with commercial maintenance and fit-outs, particularly in the dynamic settings of pubs and gaming rooms, highlight his ability to understand business requirements and provide aesthetically pleasing and functional solutions.
